might be dumb but how do you quickly post from a mobile device

on a desktop you can just hit ` and be put into the post box, which also scrolls you to the bottom of the thread where all of the new posts are

is there a quick way to do this on a mobile device? scrolling down is a bit of a chore in larger threads w/o a paging function of any kind, and the top of the page only has an option to create a new thread, not make a new post

cosmetic renaming of menu options / css stylesheets per zone?
i would change reply to ~ and ugly blue colours to green
