yea just have all of them show up in a bright yellow bar under your menu bar like on the ‘faqs

whoops i accidentally unsparkled then resparkled this post and i can’t hide my mistake

made some tweaks/fixes

• fixed notices been marked as seen when they shouldn’t be (hopefully)
  
• mark notices as seen when you view their corresponding page in a thread
  
• mark notices as seen if they are identical to a previously seen deleted one (ie the above sparkle situation)
  

hmm there was still an issue marking stuff as seen when it wasn’t seen
maybe fixed it
