added a new page that keeps track of stuff that happens to you

currently it tracks emoji reactions and quotes
it’s supposed to be smart in that it marks notices as ‘seen’ if you get a browser notification for that particular event

you can mess with the display settings here and remove it from the top bar if you think it’s annoying
