multi-level quote fix (ver 2.0)

the markdown parser for posts would shove quotes of different levels on to the same level if there wasn’t an empty line between them
the quote button adds a line but i noticed people running into this a lot
i added a hack that forces some line breaks into your posts for now
it won’t fix old posts but should prevent this from happening in the future
one day i’ll write my own markdown thing

i.e.

 >>>a
 >>b
 >c

becomes

a

b

c
