small new feature: role templates

on the Edit Roles page in the zone Admin Panel, there is now a “Templates” drop down

this gives you some default settings, so it’s easy to make your zone public or private without fiddling with all the different roles

hmm, maybe i should change the name to ‘presets’ or something
anyway if you for example uh, accidentally make your zone inaccessible to everyone this is a quick way to bring it back :-)
