page creation includes deleted posts

this isn’t impactful enough to really break anything but deleted posts still seem to count towards whatever method threads use to determine if it’s time to make a new page or not

case in point i’ve deleted like three or four posts from the main rat zone topic and it just created a new page at post 196

yeah, there’s not much i can do about this without sacrificing fast page loads for huge threads. ETI avoids this by displaying deleted posts but i think disappearing is better. this is also why it’s difficult to calculate pages for filtered posts (but i will add that sooner or later)

yeah big loads seems way more important than getting the count exactly right
