whoops i accidentally unsparkled then resparkled this post and i can’t hide my mistake

made some tweaks/fixes

• fixed notices been marked as seen when they shouldn’t be (hopefully)
  
• mark notices as seen when you view their corresponding page in a thread
  
• mark notices as seen if they are identical to a previously seen deleted one (ie the above sparkle situation)
  

hmm there was still an issue marking stuff as seen when it wasn’t seen
maybe fixed it

Can it say like Notices (1) or something

as for old ones, it cant be helped 🙇‍♂️

can we mark notices as unread so i can stack dopamine
